Leila founded Full Impact Advisory after graduating with an MBA in impact investing from Columbia University. She merged her NGO experiences at Global Citizen, UNICEF and RED with financial literacy and investment acumen at Goldman Sachs. Chelsea brings experience in leading strategic planning and execution for organizations that are geographically and programmatically diverse. She is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at The Walton Family Foundation, and previously served as SVP & Chief Regional Strategy and Operations Officer at UNICEF USA.
